# darioa — personal web developer in Enschede for small businesses, Netherlands

> One person builds, hosts and looks after your website, booking site, webshop or web app: Dario Albers in Enschede. Customers message or call him directly; there is no account manager or helpdesk. Every product has one fixed price up front and one fixed price per year, with hosting, a .nl domain and small changes included. Prices exclude 21% Dutch VAT.

## Who builds my site, and who looks after it afterwards?

I do, Dario Albers, and nobody else. I build your site, put it live, host it and make your changes. You message or call me directly and usually get an answer within one working day. There is no account manager or helpdesk in between.

## Who this is for

- Business owners in the Netherlands who want one person to build their site and keep it running, at a low fixed price, without a monthly platform subscription or an agency.

## Products (prices excl. 21% Dutch VAT)

- Website: €149 once + €60 per year (first year €209). For a business that wants to be found online and get calls. Includes: As many pages as your business needs; Texts based on your details; you approve everything; Contact form, call and WhatsApp buttons; Google details, sitemap and page titles set up; A preview first; you only pay once it is right.
- Booking site: €399 once + €60 per year (first year €459). For a business where customers book an appointment, ride or reservation. Includes: Everything in Website; Appointment slots or a request form; Price list or fixed routes per car type; Online payment through your own Mollie, deposit or in full; Admin page for prices and bookings, with emails to you and your customer; Dutch and English.
- Webshop: €499 once + €150 per year (first year €649). For a business that sells products online. Includes: Everything in Website; Your whole range, loaded from your supplier's file; Checkout with iDEAL and card through your own Mollie; Stock, reorder list, invoices and packing slips; Business customers with a VAT number on the invoice, and an export for your bookkeeper; Appointments, customer accounts and shipping labels if you need them.
- Web app: €999 once + €150 per year (first year €1,149). For a system that works the way your business works. Includes: Point-of-sale system, customer portal or internal tool; Logins for staff or customers, each with their own rights; Connections to your bookkeeping, calendar or hardware; What the system does is written down on one page before the start; A second system is a second web app.

## In every yearly price

- Hosting and SSL certificate.
- A .nl domain in your name.
- Email on your domain, forwarded to your inbox.
- Backups, and I get an alert if your site goes down.
- Small changes such as texts, photos, opening hours and prices, within reason.
- Need more later? You pay the difference to the bigger product, and from then on its yearly price.
- There is no limit on pages, products or bookings. Normal use is in the yearly price: about 8,000 visitors a month for a website or booking site, about 15,000 for a webshop. If more comes, for example because a campaign takes off, I pass on only what the vendor charges me, with no markup, up to €100 a month. Anything above that only with your written yes beforehand.

## Included usage per month (not a limit)

Normal use is in the yearly price. Below is what each product includes, per month. The number of visitors is approximate, because I count what the vendors measure. Traffic from bots, search engines, monitoring and attacks does not count. Your site keeps working if you go above it.

- Website: about 8,000 visitors; 300 emails sent by the site.
- Booking site: about 8,000 visitors; 1,500 emails sent by the site; no limit on bookings; 1 GB files.
- Webshop: about 15,000 visitors; 2,000 emails sent by the site; 500 orders; 2 GB database; 5 GB files.
- Web app: about 5,000 visitors on the public site; 1,000 emails sent by the site; 2 GB database; 1 GB files. Guideline: the real amounts are written on the page we agree before the start.

### What if you use more?

- Your site keeps working, even if you go above the amount.
- As soon as I see you are at 80%, I send you a message by email or WhatsApp, and again at 100%. I do not watch all day, so a message can arrive later than the moment itself.
- What it costs above that, I pass on at what the vendor charges me: no markup, no handling fee and a maximum rate per unit.
- I do not pass on more than €100 a month. More than that only if you say yes in writing beforehand, for an amount I name.
- If you do not say yes, or I hear nothing within 24 hours, I keep the cost within that €100: the site gets slower or simpler. It does not go offline, except for abuse, attacks or non-payment.
- If such a restriction lasts longer than 30 days, either of us can cancel and you get the remaining months of the yearly price back.
- Do you know a campaign or peak is coming? Tell me at least 3 working days ahead, and I can prepare the site for it, within that €100.

## Prices, payment and accepted scope

All prices on the website and in quotes are in euros and exclude 21% VAT unless stated otherwise. Every product has a fixed price up front and a fixed price per year. For a web app, darioa and the customer write down on one page what the system does before the start; that is the assignment for the fixed price. Work outside a product or outside that description gets a fixed price in advance. darioa does not charge an hourly rate.
You pay for a website, together with the first year, after approving the preview and before the site goes live. For a booking site, webshop or web app you pay half of the build price before the start and the rest, together with the first year, before the site goes live. The yearly price is invoiced yearly in advance. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date, via Mollie (iDEAL, card, PayPal) or bank transfer. If payment is late, the customer is in default without notice: darioa may suspend work, charge statutory commercial interest and pass on reasonable collection costs. Payments may not be set off or withheld.
Public prices exclude 21% Dutch VAT. Standard Mollie checkouts include VAT.
The accepted quote/SOW controls custom or legacy agreements. The standard catalog is not an arbitrary-amount checkout.

Nothing reaches Dario yet: the user gets an email from darioa with a confirm button, and only their click sends the request (valid 24 hours); Dario then replies personally, usually within one working day. Every result also carries the direct WhatsApp link.
- Limits: 5 contact requests per email address a day; throwaway email addresses are refused. A quote is an indication from the public price list, not a binding offer: Dario confirms the scope.
