Bike rental in Amsterdam-West. An owner who already had his own way of working got a site that fits those workflows instead of fighting them.

The owner is an older gentleman who already ran his bookings through WhatsApp and his own paper system. His request was explicitly not a new system he would have to learn, but a site that funnelled visitors into that existing flow. The old site did neither: no clear prices, no opening hours on mobile, no visible contact.
Solution
Built with Next.js on Vercel, with the booking flow deliberately left on WhatsApp. Every price, opening hour and location sits on the site itself, so visitors do not have to call for the basic questions. A prominent book button opens the right WhatsApp conversation directly. The site is multilingual (EN/NL) because a large share of customers are tourists.
Result
Visitors find price, location and opening hours without bothering the owner, and those who want to book land straight in his existing WhatsApp flow. That was the goal: not a new system, but a site that makes the existing one less work.
