1. Introduction
darioa (sole proprietorship of Dario Albers, KVK 42167593, VAT ID NL005551357B38, Vlierstraat 196, 7544 GJ Enschede, the Netherlands, dev@darioa.nl) is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. This website is aimed primarily at business customers and web development enquiries.
2. Data We Collect
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you, grouped as follows:
- Enquiry data: name, business name, email address, website, chosen service or package and the content of your enquiry.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device details, time and pages visited, used for security, error diagnosis and aggregated statistics.
- Payment and invoice data: only when you place an order. Invoices and accounting records are kept under the statutory retention obligation, usually seven years.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to handle your business enquiry, contact you and carry out a quote, agreement or invoice. For that, Vercel and Vercel Blob (hosting/storage), Resend (email), PostHog (anonymous usage statistics: pages visited, button clicks and scroll depth, without cookies, screen recordings or form contents), Mollie (card, iDEAL, SEPA bank transfer and PayPal) and Moneybird (invoicing/accounting) may be involved. The current website does not automatically create Moneybird invoices. If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes that conversation.
- To assess your business enquiry, contact you and carry out a quote, agreement or invoice.
- To secure the website, prevent abuse, deliver the service and comply with legal accounting and tax obligations.
4. Data Security
We limit access to personal data, keep payment and API credentials server-side and use secure hosting and transport encryption where available. No internet service is absolutely secure; report suspected incidents straight away to dev@darioa.nl.
5. Contact Details
For privacy questions, or to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or to object, email dev@darioa.nl. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
