Most customers look you up on their phone first. Your website then has a few seconds to say what you do, what it costs and how to reach you. I build that, and you don't have to think about it.
Excluding VAT. One fixed price up front and one price per year; hosting and small changes are in the yearly price.

Included usage per month
Normal use is in the yearly price. Below is what each product includes, per month. The number of visitors is approximate, because I count what the vendors measure. Traffic from bots, search engines, monitoring and attacks does not count. Your site keeps working if you go above it.

Who builds my site, and who looks after it afterwards?
I do, Dario Albers, and nobody else. I build your site, put it live, host it and make your changes. You message or call me directly and usually get an answer within one working day. There is no account manager or helpdesk in between.
How fast will my website be online?
For a plain website you usually get a preview within 2 working days once I have your details. After your approval and payment it usually goes live within 2 working days. Sites with a database, webshops and systems usually take 2 to 6 weeks; the schedule is in the quote.
Is the website mine afterwards?
Yes. After full payment the code and the content are yours. I can keep hosting your site, or move everything to your own hosting.
What if I want changes later?
Send them over WhatsApp. Small changes, such as a text, photo, opening hours or price, are in the yearly price. If you need more later, such as a webshop next to your website, you pay the difference to the bigger product.
What if my site suddenly gets very busy?
Then it keeps working. The yearly price includes usage per month: about 8,000 visitors for a website or booking site and 15,000 for a webshop, plus emails and database. As soon as I see you are at 80% of that amount, I send you a message. What it costs above that, I pass on at what the vendor charges me, with no markup, up to €100 a month. Anything above that only with your written yes beforehand. Without a yes the site gets slower or simpler, but I do not switch it off, except for abuse or non-payment. Bots do not count.
Do prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude 21% Dutch VAT. You pay for a website together with the first year after approving the preview, before it goes live. For a booking site, webshop or web app you pay half up front and the rest before it goes live.
How it works
- You send a WhatsApp. Tell me briefly what you need. I reply within a working day with questions, or straight away with a fixed price in a quote.
- I build, you follow along. Once you approve I get started; for larger projects you pay half up front. You get a test version along the way and give feedback over WhatsApp.
- Live, and taken care of. I put your site live once everything is paid, send the Lighthouse report and keep looking after hosting and changes afterwards.
