A chauffeur service where every enquiry started with the same five questions: which car, when, from where to where, how many passengers, and for Schiphol which flight number. Those questions went back and forth over WhatsApp and email, so enquiries got lost between other messages and evening bookings only landed the next day.
Solution
A booking form that asks everything needed in one pass: car class, date and time, passenger count, flight number for Schiphol, pickup and drop-off, name, phone, email and notes. Fixed Schiphol routes and custom rides are selectable separately. The site is available in six languages, Arabic included, and falls back to WhatsApp for anyone who would rather just chat.
Result
An enquiry arrives complete, with flight number and car class attached, so the basic details no longer need a round trip. That saves both the driver and the customer a few rounds of communication per booking.
